Notă biografică
Wendy Smolen has spent her career writing, expounding on a love of fashion, family, and friends. Beginning as a retail copywriter, she then held senior positions at Estée Lauder and Revlon. While raising three kids, she wrote Playing Together, 101 Terrific Games and Activities That Children Ages 3-9 Can Do Together. This led to editorial roles at Parents and Nick Jr. Family Magazine. Re-reading letters from friends and roommates that she saved since her days at Cornell inspired her to write The Hive, her first novel. She and her husband live in Connecticut where she now writes daily texts to her grown children.
