Ravindra Giriraj Bhardwaj is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside, where he investigated spin caloritronic phenomena in thin film heterostructures. His research focuses on MEMS, nanomaterials, sustainable energy, and numerical simulations. Dr. Bhardwaj has authored numerous high-impact publications and holds patents in thermal energy systems. He is actively involved in organizing international conferences, academic leadership, and interdisciplinary research. With hands-on expertise in nanofabrication and characterization techniques, he brings a strong blend of theoretical insight and practical innovation to emerging energy and materials technologies.
Nithin Tom Mathew is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus. He holds a Ph.D. from IIT Madras and has over seven years of teaching and research experience in smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, laser micromachining, and sustainable microfabrication. He has published extensively in reputed journals and conferences and collaborates with leading industries and institutions. Dr. Mathew has mentored industry professionals on research projects and actively integrates cutting-edge technologies and experiential learning in his teaching. He is also a reviewer for top-tier journals and a member of professional bodies including ASME and IEEE.
