Skye & Jacob

Jacob knows everything. It seems that I was set up.

Just a few days ago, Jacob was my target. I was sent by the Syndicate to kill him. But, life works in funny way, I guess. I don't want to trust him now. But... He's freed me. We're traveling together and it feels like a honeymoon. It isn't all roses and happiness, yet. The Syndicate is still after us. We have to finish what we started.

My past is going to be a problem, I can feel it. I haven't told Jacob everything. Things get even more complicated when someone from my past shows up. How can I work this out? We can't do a mission with this much drama. The jealousy doesn't help. I can't work like I used to, now.

We've got more people to take down. More corrupt organizations to gut. Can I do this with two men trying to protect me? I need to do what I'm good at. Can I do that without hurting Jacob? I should have known that this would get difficult.

I need to atone for my past. Unfortunately, I screw up, badly. I'm going to have to go back to my old ways if I want to survive. I can't worry about the consequences now. All I can do now is swing my hips and hope they fall for me.

If not, I'll never see Jacob again.
