Musings in the Mist is the story of Sam Kapoor, a thirty year old army officer. The book takes you through Sam's childhood, his experiences in the arctic wastelands of the Siachen Glacier and while fighting terrorists in Kashmir where Sam slowly starts questioning the reasons for the prolonged bloodshed. The book gives a soldier's perspective of the conflict.
