David Short is a retired elementary school principal who lives in British Colombia with his wife, Kathy Roberts. He has indulged in his love for acting since retiring, and has performed in movies, TV series and commercials. Like all aspiring actors, he is waiting for that perfect role. David was raised in the United Kingdom (UK). After completing his education at Dulwich College, he spent two years in the Merchant Navy. He moved to Canada after training as a teacher at Redland College, University of Bristol, UK. He has lived and taught in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan as well as in Edmonton, Calgary, and Okotoks, Alberta. He has lived for the last 40 years on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia.
