Inside the workbook between pages of educational information, there are coloring pages, practice exercises, word search, and more! The workbook is broken up into 5 steps: What are your needs? What do these needs mean to you? How are you currently addressing these needs? What can you change? How can you implement self-care tools into practice? The goal of this workbook is to help you build the tools you need to care for yourself.
