Secure in the Spark
Autor Briana Macwilliamen Limba Engleză Paperback – 8 dec 2026
Anxiety, self-doubt, and recurring heartbreak in romantic relationships often trace back to insecure attachment patterns. Secure in the Spark: A Spiritual Path to Heal Attachment Wounds offers a structured approach to rewiring those patterns. Written by Briana MacWilliam, a board-certified creative arts therapist who has guided more than 6,000 clients through her trademarked Soul-Centered Security® method, the book connects attachment theory with spiritual healing.
Organized around four progressive phases-Wandering, Exploring, Discovering, and Loving-Secure in the Spark blends psychological insight with creative therapy, guided visualizations, and AI-enhanced journaling prompts. Each chapter includes experiential exercises and downloadable tools. Rather than simply identifying attachment styles, MacWilliam provides a soulful, embodied framework for actively shifting toward secure attachment in romantic relationships.
Readers will also find:
- Guided visualizations and creative expression exercises designed to reconnect readers with their intuitive wisdom
- Practical tools for recognizing and interrupting anxious, avoidant, and disorganized attachment responses in romantic partnerships
- A progressive four-phase framework that moves readers from self-awareness through secure, authentic love
- AI-enhanced journaling prompts that deepen self-reflection and support ongoing attachment pattern awareness
- Downloadable resources for each chapter, providing structured support for continued practice beyond the book
