In this anticipated sequel to "After Shocks, " Susan Solari, a former special agent with the FBI, returns to New York City after seeing too much death in Dallas. But even though she's back in the city that won't let go of her soul, she still can't find peace.
Before long, Susan finds herself leading the hunt for a sexual predator who finds pleasure in taunting the husbands of his victims. When Susan's best friend is attacked, her mission takes on an added urgency.
Susan's hunt takes her deep into the concrete canyons of Manhattan. Her investigation takes a surprising turn, however, and she's drawn back to Dallas-and more death.
Meanwhile, Susan's former husband, Terry McCauley, is back, and he's bent on carrying out his vendetta to kill her.
"Salvation " is the story of a woman who ultimately finds peace in the violence of death. And it's a story of friendship, deception, redemption, and closure. But at its heart, it's a story of survival and triumph.
