Evaluator Competencies
Evaluator Competencies, based on research by the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (ibspti*), identifies the competencies needed by evaluators. The rigorously validated competencies are classified by domain and are accompanied by practical descriptions and performance statements.
