Textul de pe ultima copertă
“We delight to praise what we enjoy because the praise not merely expresses but completes the enjoyment; it is its appointed consummation.” In Reflections on the Psalms, C. S. Lewis examines the mysterious and beloved Psalms to
reveal the timeless meaning behind these ancient and cherished verses. With his characteristic insightfulness and clarity, Lewis displays what the Chicago Sunday Tribune called “the same keen insight and gifted tongue that have made him one of the most highly respected essayists using the English language.”
