Redeeming the Broken Pieces is God's story. It is the story of His relentless pursuit for one whose childhood had left her lost, confused, and broken. It is the story of God's irresistible love, which overcame her shame and self-loathing. It is the story of faith in the sovereignty of God, which can defeat the deepest fears. It is the story of God's desire for an intimate relationship with His children despite their sins, failures, weaknesses, and broken pasts. It is the story of the hope God offers to all whose life experiences have left them feeling abandoned of hope, lonely, or insignificant. It is the story of His loving involvement, His interventions, and His miraculous staging of events to reveal Himself and His great love. And it is the evidence that we will find Him when we seek Him with all our hearts (Jeremiah 29:13).
