David J. Lynn, PhD, MBA, CRE, has had a 35-year institutional real estate career, where he founded, scaled, and exited three private equity real estate firms. As partner and managing director at blue-chip real estate organizations, he invested and developed over $15B globally for sovereign wealth funds, pensions, endowments, and family offices. His quantitative, research-led approach spans development, acquisitions, strategy, portfolio construction, research and asset management across cycles. He has authored five books, published 90+ articles, and served as Professor of Professional Practice at two leading universities.
