Dr. Joe Wilson is a systems engineer, professor, researcher, and architect whose work focuses on quantum-AI integration, resilient distributed architectures, computational governance, and system assurance. He earned his Ph.D. from Capella University in 2013, where his doctoral research examined cloud computing security, infrastructure resilience, and autonomic threat detection.Drawing on experience from the commercial aviation industry and graduate-level cybersecurity and computational science education, Dr. Wilson emphasizes system integrity, verification, governance, and operational resilience across complex technology platforms. His current research explores the convergence of artificial intelligence, quantum information science, and intelligent system architectures, with particular emphasis on validation, ethical assurance, and long-term governance of advanced computational systems.He is the creator of the CRQC-LLM and QALIS frameworks for Quantum AI Systems (QAIS), integrating quantum theory, artificial intelligence, and systems engineering into a unified methodology for evaluating resilience, interpretability, governance, and deployment readiness in next-generation intelligent systems.
