Scope creep-the continual addition of features and requirements-can ruin a project. It can result in cost overruns, missed schedule, and poor product quality, as well as kill the project. This book explains how to elicit, document, and manage requirements to control project scope creep. It also examines managing project stakeholders to minimize the risk of an ever growing list of user requirements.
