Plant-Powered Punks

Many years ago, Margot recovered from unrelenting asthma, allergies and yo-yo diets, which was solved when she discovered whole foods, plant-based nutrition. Following her own health transformation and through her careers as a junior-intermediate and high school teacher, fitness trainer and a healthcare professional, Margot saw the connection between healthy food and quality of life. She is passionate about setting children up for success and providing a solid, healthy foundation from which children can grow, learn and thrive. Margot has helped people worldwide take charge of their health through personal leadership and healthy habits with plant-based nutrition as the guiding force. When Margot isn't writing, creating or coaching, she can be found spending time with her horses and dogs, as well as running, hiking and travelling.
