Synopsis Perry the pygmy-possum wakes up after several weeks--which he calls his torpor-time--to find that the land where he lives has been cleared. He's all alone and he sets out to find a friend. He meets Perky, an adventurous quokka, and together they travel anywhere and everywhere by train, aeroplane, brumby, truck, motor bike, ship and spaceship, enjoying life and making a difference wherever there is an opportunity to do so.
