During your reading of this book, there will be some writings about the dark times I went through quite a few years ago.
Often I thought they would destroy me.
Although, I am glad that I wrote everything down about how I was feeling, so I can share it with the people who feel they have no voice.


Through keeping my head above water, I came out the other side. Stronger and better than ever.
The dark times are what made me who I am today. They are a thing of the past. Positivity and hope are what rule my mind now.


I hope that anyone who is struggling on their path at the moment finds some solace in my words.
I understand how you feel, I do.
But there is always hope if you just keep putting one foot in front of the other....
