Passenger Ground Transportation: Statutes and Regulations is designed to provide students with the most relevant provisions of law relating to ground transportation of passengers, and to do so in a reasonably compact volume with extraneous provisions omitted. It is intended to accompany the casebook Transit Law: Cases and Materials, but it may also accompany materials for other courses related to the transportation of passengers overland.
