Omg how my kids BELLY LAUGHED through the entirety of this graphic novel. I read this aloud with my 4 and 6 year olds and I don't think we have ever had a louder reading experience; by the end, my cheeks hurt and my daughter had violent hiccups.

The story was a blast, the characters are adorable, and the art is hilarious. As a parent and logophile, I loved the fun pop-up style vocab words on each page. This book is so sneakily educational!

Every superhero has a backstory, and the intrepid protagonist in Kilpatrick's lively and hilarious graphic novel is no exception.
