I wrote this over the course of a year. I took every feeling I felt and put it on paper because it gave me relief. This book really was my best friend, for a while it shared all my pain, love, and secrets, and sometimes it knew me better than I knew myself. I named it "Open" because it's all of me opened up, through an open mind. I hope it reaches anyone who needs it. Here's my gift to you.
