One Day

Erin Hendricks is a mom, teacher, and children's book author. After having experienced anxiety herself as a child, she understands very well that childhood is a wonderful period of life filled with a tremendous amount of different, unknown, and often changing emotions. Since becoming a parent, she fully devoted herself to her kids, helping them understand and learn to identify and express their true emotions. After discovering through conversations with family and friends how many children are experiencing feelings of anxiety, she was motivated to get the message out that it is OK to feel these feelings and that our children are not alone. Thus, the creation of her first children's book, One Day, that discusses big emotions. Erin's passion is storytelling through both whimsical pictures and words.
