This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 22nd International Conference on Nonlinear Dynamics of Electronic Systems, NDES 2014, held in Albena, Bulgaria, in July 2014. The 47 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 65 submissions.
