Sarah Di Lorenzo is a qualified clinical nutritionist who has dedicated her career to overhauling the health of people of all ages. She is the bestselling author of The 10:10 Plan, The 10:10 Recipe Book, The 10:10 Kickstart, The 10:10 Simple Recipe Book, The Gut Repair Plan, My Mediterranean Life and The Liver Repair Plan. As well as running a successful clinic in Sydney, Sarah is a regular public speaker and media nutritionist, well known as the resident nutritionist on Channel 7’s Weekend Sunrise and Sunrise. Sarah is also an entrepreneur who has launched a very successful protein bar business called 1010SDL. She has also recently launched her podcast series 10:10 Be Well covering all aspects of wellness. Sarah has a weekly column at The Nightly and has a regular column at New Idea magazine. A single mother of three daughters, Sarah is also a keen exerciser and firmly believes in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
