"MUSE" is a book inside a book (based on taijitu: yin and yang). The story revolves around Eneg Reteg, a Dutch author who comes up with an idea for his next book. Instead of making up an erotic story, he will find a submissive woman to inspire him and literally, fulfill his sexual fantasies as he writes about them. Eneg meets many different women by placing ads in newspapers and online, but unfortunately, he is indecisive choosing the perfect one for the job.
On the verge of giving up, Eneg meets in a movie theater, Sela Oh, a young beautiful Korean woman with henna designs on her hands and feet. He is captivated by her and wants her to be his submissive woman although he has never been attracted to Korean women before.
Sela agrees, but not without a price. The adventure is not just his hired muse alone, but also Eneg's entire world. Very strange things are happening around him that doesn't make any sense to him. Yet, the clues are everywhere. Will there be a happy ending? More ways than one.
Although "MUSE" was written before Gene Geter became acquainted with Ryeo-won Jeong, he dedicates the book's good essence to her.
