Modern Methods of Valuation

Autor Sarah Cardwell
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 11 mar 2027
Moderns Methods of Valuation remains one of the leading textbooks on real estate principles and practice in valuation. The thirteenth edition reflects the changes in the regulatory and statutory framework for property valuations that have occurred since the previous edition, as well as introducing new content on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors and the emerging area of Property Technology and Artificial Intelligence in real estate.
The thirteenth edition also incorporates the latest regulations, statutes and case law, including the most up to date RICS Valuation - Global Standards. Coverage spans the legal, economic and technical aspects of valuation, making this book a core text for most university and college real estate programmes.
Worked examples and practical illustrations are provided throughout the text to demonstrate the application of these principles in real-world scenarios. This new edition continues to be of excellent value to both students and practitioners as it provides a clear and accessible explanation of valuation methods and techniques, helping readers to develop both confidence and professional judgement in valuation practice.
