CHRISTINA SCHWABENLAND Reader in Public and Voluntary Sector Management at the University of Bedfordshire, UK, and has taught and researched diversity management in voluntary organizations in the UK and in India. She is the author of Stories, Visions and Values in Voluntary Organisations and has published in a number of journals including Organization and Journal of Management Education.
