Megan's Magic Dog gives faithful readers a harrowing adventure with plenty of the much-loved combination of Magic's selfless sense of right and wrong and Ryan's prowess in combat and schooling bureaucrats who would stand between him and justice. The balance of things is thrown for a loop however when Ryan's young wife, Megan, decides she is no longer interested in the domestic life, and, while unable to stop her from making her own choices (and mistakes) he does have the power to hunt down those responsible for almost killing her and embroiling them all in matters of national security as well.
