A strange woman, Lucy, appears in the middle of the night to call, at gunpoint, a plastic surgeon, Victor Cannon, to change the appearance of her crime lord employer. Lucy and Victor begin an adventure of romance, suspense and avenging murder in South Florida and the Bahamas. Victor remains ignorant of Lucy's activities until his patients start mysteriously dying.
