When Max feels angry, he doesn't always know why.

He just knows his body feels hot, tight, and too full, as if he has a big volcano inside him.

Sometimes it rumbles. Sometimes it bubbles. And sometimes... it explodes.

With the help of gentle movements, slow breaths, and a little imagination, Max begins to discover that he can calm the volcano inside him. That even big feelings are ok, and that he is safe, loved and in control.

Max and the Angry Volcano is a reassuring story for children who experience big emotions, introducing gentle yoga and mindful movements as simple tools to help them understand their feelings and find calm again.
