This book offers a simplified straightforward approach to understanding the theories, methods, and algorithms of several management problems to model, optimally solve, and analyze practical cases. Through the seven chapters, the book elucidates the subjects in three units, which are the decisions based on linear programming, nonlinear programming, and network models. A separate chapter for applications from different management fields is given at the end of the book.
