Dr. Rahim is the author/editor of 23 books, 117 articles, book chapters, survey instruments, and 91 conference papers. His articles have been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Small Business Management, Intelligence, and Multivariate Behavioral Research, among others.
