A vigilante ex-cop, an assassin, and the detective after them collide over a few sabotaged marks--and someone's about to get more than they bargained for.
Ronan used to be a cop, but after seeing one too many scumbags get off easy, he left the force and now takes justice into his own hands. Turning to a life of crime is a small price to pay for knowing his targets are getting what they deserve. That is, until he learns he's encroaching on another assassin's territory.
Logan's been taking out predators in Silent Hollow for years now and doesn't appreciate this new copycat moving in on his targets. But Ronan resembles someone from his past, and all the memories the hitman's tried so hard to bury suddenly rush back to the surface. Now, he'll have to decide if he wants Ronan dead or if he's strangely turned on by the former officer's expert level of imitation.
Meanwhile, Dakota finds himself chasing another killer when a string of murdered men is discovered across town. After a decade as a detective in the homicide unit, he thought he'd seen it all. Turns out every one of these identified bodies was a listed pedophile--and it looks like their deaths were the handiwork of not one but two perpetrators.
As Dakota gets closer to uncovering the truth, the line between right and wrong begins to blur. And soon he's submitting to both Ronan and Logan--in more ways than one.
