Feelings not only determine our everyday life, they have also become a central theme of humanistic and scientific research. This volume offers exemplary insights into the methods of emotion research. Among other emotions, the presentation of anger, fear, fascination and laughter is explored in individual analyses, along with how emotions function in medieval literary texts.
