William J. Rothwell is an expert in human resource development, talent management, succession planning, and instructional design. He teaches at Pennsylvania State University, USA, and is the co-author of Mastering the Instructional Design Process (Wiley) and The Essential HR Guide for Small Businesses and Startups (SHRM / Kogan Page).
Mihee Park is Assistant Professor of Adult Education at Auburn University, USA, where she teaches graduate courses on adult learning theory, career development, and instructional design.
Renee Ford is Senior Instructional Designer at Pennsylvania State University, USA, where she leads the Smeal Academy and teaches graduate courses in learning design and instructional systems.
Heidi Watson-Held is Instructional Designer at Pennsylvania State University, USA, and also teaches instructional design at Purdue University, USA.
