Marsella escaped Moon Base Alpha and made her way to Earth in a water carrier. She set up her kingdom in Paris and struggles to achieve dominion. Making that task hard is a crew of unlikely friends who stand in her way and try to find a way to both make her life miserable and to rid Earth of her and her progeny at the same time.
