Steven C. Roach is Professor of International Affairs in the School of Interdisciplinary Global Studies at the University of South Florida. Among his books are South Sudan’s Fateful Struggle (2023), Moral Responsibility in Twenty-First-Century Warfare (2020), Handbook of Critical International Relations (2020), and Decency and Difference (2019).

Alexander D. Barder is Associate Professor of International Relations and Graduate Director at the Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs at Florida International University. His most recent book is Global Race War: International Political and Racial Hierarchy (2021).
