Notă biografică
Scott Griebel, Ph.D., has Marfan syndrome, and so does his son. He wrote I Am Unique to be the book he wished he'd had as a kid: one that is honest about the doctor visits and the big feelings, and that reminds children that Marfan is part of their story, but it doesn't get to write it. Scott is actively involved with the Marfan Foundation and hopes every child who reads this book knows they are not alone.
