An old friend and past work colleague sees something he shouldn't. As he his hunted, he reaches out to his closest friend, Frank Stevens, for help. The two men attempt to find out who is after them and why they begin to unravel a diabolical and maniacal plot. Through circumstance, seven individuals will band together to stop an emotionally damaged CIA director, a misguided--no matter how well-intended--Empire Club, an old enemy, and prevent a crime against the American public that can change the American way of life.
