"Heart to Heart" seeks to encourage readers in their Christian walk through the beauty of poetry. With Bible texts interspersed between the poems, each of the four volumes in the series will help you think about God and His Word in a fresh, new way. Volume 2 includes thoughtful poems on such subjects as meditation and prayer and our relationships with family and friends. One poem entitled "Remember Me Prayer" is a prayer to God to remember us through the various seasons we experience while pilgrims in this land.
