Half of Me: An Inward Journey Back Home to Wholeness is a thematic memoir that debuts Jennifer Gellock's, PhD first collection of poetry. In the summer of 2020, Jen experienced emotional burnout that led her on a path to bring her dysregulated nervous system back into balance. Writing in her journal became a daily practice that transformed into an expression of poetry. Over three years, not only began to heal her nervous system, but the daily practice also ended-up healing her heart. In this book, Jen invites readers into a story of inner awakening and at the same time, engages readers to go on their own inward journey.
