Bringing together leading voices from across the world, this book offers a thoughtful overview of the theory, evidence, and practical applications of group coaching. It bridges the gap between research and everyday practice, providing readers with clear frameworks, real examples, and guidance for working effectively with groups. Divided into four parts, the book explores definitions and foundations, reviews current research and theory, examines ethical and practical considerations, and offers tools for designing and facilitating group coaching. It concludes with stories and reflections from practitioners who share their experiences, insights, and learning.
Both informative and practical, this book is an essential companion for coaches, students, and professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of group coaching and its potential to support individuals, organisations, and communities.
