In our busy, always-on world today, gratitude can be hard to find. But if more people were grateful, the world would actually begin to change for the better. You can't be grateful and hateful. You can't be grateful and selfish.

Following on from her best-selling books Finding Peace (2021) and Finding Hope (2023), Sr Stan started to ponder gratitude. And so, she asked over 90 people: 'What do you feel gratitude for in your daily life?'

The answers came pouring in, from public figures and private citizens, as people enthusiastically shared their gratitude practices and the ways in which they feel grateful every day, from the simple things to the profound. This beautiful book will inspire readers to reflect on their own lives and embrace the power of gratitude.
