Matthew Teller writes about people, place and culture. His Nine Quarters of Jerusalem (2022) was a Telegraph Book of the Year. With a group of Palestinian colleagues, he edited Daybreak in Gaza (2024), which was shortlisted for the Palestine Book Awards. He writes for media outlets around the world, produces and presents documentaries for BBC Radio, and is an author for the travel publisher Rough Guides.
