Allyson Felix is the most decorated track and field athlete of all time, with thirty-one global medals and a reputation as one of sport’s most transformative figures. She is a leading advocate for Black maternal health, gender equity, and maternity protections in athletics. Felix is also the co-founder of Saysh, a lifestyle and footwear brand built for and by women, and Always Alpha, the first sports management agency focused exclusively on women’s sports. In 2024, she launched the Olympic Village nursery at the Paris Games in partnership with Pampers, setting a new precedent for supporting athlete-parents. In 2025, she was inducted into the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Hall of Fame and elected to the IOC Athletes’ Commission. That year she also premiered She Runs the World, an award-winning documentary on her fight for improved maternal health policies in sports. Felix lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
