Notă biografică
Louise Lawton is Lecturer in Education at Anglia Ruskin University, Essex. Louise has been a teacher since 2008, working in both primary and secondary settings, and now lectures and facilitates training to help colleagues and students to improve practice.
Rebecca Tarplett has been a teacher, Director of Learning, Acting Head of School and Nursery Manager in Essex, London and abroad for 20 years. Rebecca is currently an Early Years teacher and delivers training for Teaching Hubs as an independent consultant. She is also a Member of the Essex Early Education Branch.
In 2021, Rebecca and Louise founded the educational consultancy Tick Hub together.
