Această carte o urmărește pe Jules în timp ce zboară din Everless din cauza consecințelor teribile neprevăzute. Se pare că ceea ce tatăl ei și Liam au avertizat-o a fost până la urmă adevărat. Acum ea merge la o căutare pentru a afla cine este cu adevărat și cum poate distruge răul. Această carte este spusă doar din perspectiva ei. Stilul de scriere al autorului este grozav. Ea folosește descrieri foarte bune pentru a ne face să simțim ceea ce simt personajele. Ea dă vie sentimentele personajelor, dacă asta are vreun sens. Scrisul ei este frumos și melodios și foarte ușor de urmărit. De fapt, dacă ești un autor în pregătire și ți-ar plăcea să știi cum să dezvolți emoțiile personajelor și cum să le compari/relaționezi cu chestii, atunci cu siguranță ar trebui să citești această carte pentru că ea treaba grozavă face cu asta. Construcția lumii a fost și ea grozavă. Ea a reușit să ne atragă în lume fără a fi copleșitoare, dar, în același timp, ne oferă suficiente informații pentru ca noi să înțelegem conceptul.
