RAMKISHEN S. RAJAN is Professor at the School of Public Policy and Co-Director of the Centre for Emerging Market Policies, George Mason University, USA. His previous publications include Exchange Rates, Currency Crisis and Monetary Cooperation in Asia (Palgrave Macmillan, 2009).
