Notă biografică
Rob Robson is a Principal Lecturer at the University of Greenwich Business School, lecturing in strategic management and management consultancy. Rob has been a Chartered Secretary for more than 20 years, and has experience of minute taking, both as a researcher and practitioner. Archana Singh Karki is a lecturer in the field of business management and a director of TMF Training. With over 13 years of experience in communications, public relations, and research and development in the not-for-profit sector, she brings a fresh perspective to training and design in the corporate sector gained from working with a number of international NGOs. She has provided editorial input to many reports and articles and has delivered papers at international congresses, conferences, and workshops. Phil Davis is a director of TMF Training. He is involved in the development and delivery of a range of management workshops and training programmes as is the co-designer of the ICSA training programme "Effective Minute Taking". Phil has been delivering this programme for hte ICSA throughout the UK over the past six years, and more recently in Europe.
