On March 29th, 2023, Scottish couple Chris and Julie Ramsey embarked on an 18,000-mile expedition from the 1823 Magnetic North Pole to the South Pole in an electric vehicle, a journey people declared impossible.
After six years of careful planning, and Julie's gruelling battle against a debilitating health condition, they were prepared to take on the greatest challenge of their lives.
Armed with a Nissan Ariya with 39" tyres, the couple drove across some of the world's most punishing and dangerous terrains - from the melting Arctic sea ice to the vast desert roads of South America.
