Notă biografică

Michael L. Madigan is a Master Instructor and Supervisor for the Department of Homeland Security Civil Support Office at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri, USA. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Central Texas College at Fort Leonard Wood Campus in Missouri, USA. Mr. Madigan is the author and master trainer for the Mass Casualty Decontamination Course for the Department of Defense.
